Capymapa is a curated multimedia map and guide for travelers and residents in Pattaya, Thailand (and, over time, other destinations). The Service provides information such as points of interest, business listings, currency exchange rates, transportation routes, weather, and related travel utilities. Some content and features may be provided free of charge, while others («Premium Features») may require a paid subscription or one-time payment.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or make a purchase through the Service. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
3. Business Listings and Advertisers
Local businesses may be featured on Capymapa as paid or unpaid listings. Business owners who submit content (photos, descriptions, offers) represent that they have the right to submit such content and that the information provided is accurate. Capymapa reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing at its sole discretion, including for accuracy, quality, or policy reasons. Inclusion of a business on Capymapa does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of the quality of that business’s goods or services.
4. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites and services (for example, booking platforms, insurance providers, or transportation services). Capymapa may earn a commission when you make a purchase through these links. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Premium Features and Payments
Certain features of the Service may be offered on a subscription or one-time payment basis («Premium Features»). Payments for Premium Features are processed by our payment provider, currently Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as the merchant of record. This means Paddle is the seller of record for these transactions and handles payment processing, applicable taxes, and related consumer protections on our behalf. Your payment information is collected and processed directly by Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s own terms and privacy policy; we do not store your full payment card details.
Subscription plans, where offered, renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Refunds
Refunds for purchases made through the Service are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business listings or reviews; (c) attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems; (d) scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the Service without our prior written consent; or (e) impersonate any person or entity.

User-submitted content (such as reviews or business photos) remains the property of the submitter, but by submitting it you grant Capymapa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
