“After renovation, this place turned into a cozy outlet with a nautical design, where shopping pairs perfectly with evening hangouts outdoors.”

Description

Central Marina Outlet is a compact mall built around real outlet-brand discounts, a big supermarket, and live music in the evenings.

It’s not a giant mall — more of a quiet outlet where you come for something specific, no crowds. Located on Second Road, walking distance from Terminal 21, it draws tourists chasing discounts and expats stocking up at the local Big C. From outside the building looks unremarkable — the only landmark is the “lighthouse” tower sign at the entrance — but inside it’s a pleasant surprise: clean, stylish and cool, with a nautical design theme throughout. During the day it’s a cool shopping space, and at sunset the square out front comes alive as a small night market — a stage goes up for musicians, tables come out, skewers go on the grill — you get both worlds: air-conditioned comfort inside and an open-air street market outside.

The evening street market opens at 5pm and runs late — come after 6pm if you want to catch the live music and street food. Food court meals run 60–120 ฿, Dairy Queen ice cream from 30 ฿, and store discounts often hit 50–70%.

This mall used to be called Central Center Pattaya and was one of the city’s first modern malls, but after a major renovation it was reborn as “Marina” with a nautical theme and a focus on outlet shopping.

Why visit

Real discounts. Unlike many places, this is an actual outlet, especially for sportswear — Adidas, Nike, Puma and other sports outlets.
Food court with chains. Besides Thai food, there's KFC, McDonald's and Pizza Hut — handy if you want something familiar.
Cinema. SFC Cinema is here — combine shopping with a screening in the AC.
Big C supermarket. One of the largest in the area. Perfect for stocking up on groceries, drinks, fruit and popular Thai souvenirs.
Evening scene. The square in front of the mall becomes a full hangout spot at night, with street food, cheap cocktails and live music.
Comfortable and uncrowded. No mob feeling here, always clean, and reviews especially praise the well-kept restrooms, including for kids.

Insider tips

💡 Massage chairs. After a shopping run, try the massage chairs — for a small fee they do wonders for tired legs.

💡 Food court is a gamble. Quality at the indoor food court is inconsistent — some love it, some don't. Check what other people are ordering first.

💡 Hassle-free parking. One of the most convenient, spacious car parks in central Pattaya. You'll almost always find a spot for a bike or a car.

💡 More than an outlet. Besides discount stores, there's a Boots pharmacy, a few banks, coffee shops and the Chonburi tourist assistance center. Handy for knocking out a few errands at once.

💡 Nearby. A few minutes' walk away is the night market with the real decommissioned Boeing 747 (Runway Street Food) — easy to combine both in one evening.
