The city’s main air-conditioned shortcut between Beach Road and Second Road — clean, bright and predictable after the chaos of the street markets. Inside there’s a cinema, an arcade upstairs, and a food court by the seaside exit, though prices there run higher than elsewhere in the mall (the upper-floor food zones are cheaper). Third floor has bank branches and mobile operator offices if you need to run errands.

A compact outlet mall on Second Road, walking distance from Terminal 21 — you come here for a specific discount, not to wander: Adidas, Puma, Skechers, Converse and other sportswear outlets, often 50–70% off. From outside it looks unremarkable (just a “lighthouse” tower sign at the entrance), but inside it’s clean and stylish — a food court with KFC, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut and a whole Korean corner, SFC Cinema, and a Big C supermarket. At sunset the square out front turns into a small night market with music and street food, and the Boeing 747 night market (Runway Street Food) is a couple of minutes’ walk away.

Mike Shopping Mall
Mike Shopping Mall has a strange kind of fame: it’s one of the few malls in Pattaya with its own Wikipedia page, and a fixture on pretty much every “fake markets in Thailand” list in English. Independent vendors sell wall-to-wall knockoff sneakers, bags and branded tees, plus there’s a small supermarket, money changers and a department store. The genuinely odd bit is the open-air rooftop pool with a sea view. Central Marina Outlet, with real brands at genuine discounts, is not a five-minute walk — it’s near Terminal 21, about 2.1 km (roughly 30 minutes on foot) away.

The Avenue Pattaya
An open-air complex on Second Road, not a classic AC mall — think Villa Market supermarket, a Major Cineplex (student tickets from 69 ฿, late shows after 9:30pm from 99 ฿), and an evening food court that takes over the square at sunset with music, grill smoke and dozens of tables. Daytime here is genuinely quiet and a bit dull (only Watsons, Robin Hood Tavern and Starbucks are really open) — this one is worth the trip specifically in the evening, after 6pm.

There’s a kids’ café (LariDea) and an Anytime Fitness gym too. It’s hot and half-empty by day, all the life happens after dark. Every Friday and Saturday at 7pm the Again XL Activity Area near Tops hosts a free open-air movie night — bring your dog, it’s pet-friendly.

A strip-mall format on Sukhumvit Road: park right in front of the shop you need, no tourist crowds. The upper floors thinned out noticeably after the pandemic, but haggling with the independent stalls is still very much alive.
